A Millionaire’s Promise

Just an update for my readers who are asking when A MILLIONAIRE’S PROMISE will be ready to read.

I am delighted to confirm that it will be on the shelves very soon. I am loving writing this new adventure, Alexandra is a heroine to be proud of and, as promised here is a little teaser of Chapter 2 to share with you.

“Not thinking of leaving surely!” his low soft voice was mocking as he held her in an iron grip. “The night is still young!”

“It may be for you but it’s past my bedtime!” she heard herself uttering bravely through her flimsy veil, trying to break free from the suffocating robes.

He laughed and with one hand flung the heavy cloak over his shoulder whilst still holding her in his tight grasp.

Suddenly set free from the folds of the billowing fabric she began to struggle wildly and was rewarded was another low laugh, it was clear he was thoroughly enjoying himself.

“One kiss, surely you can spare me one brief minute of your time before I let you go to your bed. I missed the floor show for the chance of a kiss. Now I claim my reward!”
